The mobile Lighthouse snapshot showed slow rendering, a 21.6-second LCP and a 57 performance score.

02 / What I changed

Optimised delivery, scripts and visual structure while iterating the homepage experience for clearer freight and tracking journeys.

03 / Evidence & outcome

Dated Lighthouse lab snapshots moved from 57 to 100 performance, LCP 21.6s to 1.4s and SEO 77 to 92. Accessibility moved 91 to 89 and is not presented as an improvement.
